Payment
- 25% deposit required to confirm booking
- Full payment due 30 days in advance of arrival
- Canada: payment by certified cheque, or
money order
- US/International: payment by money order
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 60 days in
advance of arrival date,30% of deposit returned.
- Cancellations made between 59 & 30 days in advance of
arrival, 20% of deposit returned.
- Cancellations made between 29 &15 days in advance of
arrival, 10% of deposit returned.
- Cancellations made 14 days or less in advance of arrival
will forfeit the deposit unless
another reservation is made.
Rental Policy
- Guests are responsible for any damages incurred
during their stay.
- Check-in after 4pm. Check-out by 11am.
- No pets and no smoking allowed in unit.
